This policy explains how Motaro Holding B.V. ("we") processes personal data when you use our websites, games and apps. We act as data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Account data (such as username, email address and password hash), gameplay and usage data needed to provide the service, purchase records, and technical data such as IP address, device type and crash logs. Payments are handled by our payment providers (for example Stripe, PayPal, Apple or Google); we do not store full card details.
To provide and secure our services (performance of a contract), to process payments and meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation), and to prevent fraud and abuse and improve our products (legitimate interest). We only send marketing messages with your consent.
We share data only with service providers that help us run our services, such as hosting, payment and email providers, under data processing agreements. Some providers may be located outside the EEA; in that case we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data.
We keep personal data as long as your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above. Accounting records are kept for 7 years as required by Dutch law.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by emailing info@motaroholding.com. You can also delete your account from within the app or game where available. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Our services are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
