Terms and conditions
Last updated: 11 October 2026
1. Who we are
These terms apply to Motaro Holding B.V., a private limited company incorporated under Dutch law, with its registered office at Velder 10, 5146 HE Waalwijk, The Netherlands, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number 98234366, VAT number NL868410470B01 ("Motaro", "we", "us"). Contact: info@motaroholding.com.
2. Scope
These terms apply to the use of our websites, games, apps and other services (the "Services"). Individual Services may have additional rules, which form part of these terms. Where an app is obtained through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the terms of that store also apply to the download and to payments made through it.
3. Accounts
Some Services require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account; users under 16 need permission from a parent or guardian.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services in breach of the law or of these terms, including by cheating, exploiting bugs, using unauthorised software or bots, trading accounts or virtual items for real money outside our official channels, harassing other users, or attempting to access systems or data without authorisation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
5. Purchases and virtual items
Prices are shown including VAT where applicable. Virtual currency and virtual items have no monetary value outside the Service, are not redeemable for money and are licensed to you, not sold. Payments are processed by our payment providers or by the relevant app store.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content supplied immediately, such as virtual items or premium features, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started. This does not affect your rights if the digital content is defective or not as described. Refunds for purchases made through an app store are handled under that store's refund policy.
7. Intellectual property
All rights in the Services, including software, graphics, text, names and logos, belong to Motaro or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these terms.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue (parts of) the Services, for example for maintenance, security or legal reasons. Material changes to paid features will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage and to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence, nor does it limit any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access in case of a breach of these terms, or if required by law.
11. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted to info@motaroholding.com. We aim to respond within 14 days.
12. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The current version is always available on this page. If a change materially affects you, we will inform you in advance where reasonably possible.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of our registered office, without prejudice to the mandatory protection consumers enjoy under the law of their country of residence and their right to bring proceedings there.
